Q: Can you duplicate the exact striping pattern of our team jersey?
A: On an Individual Set order we can come close with our existing stripe patterns. On an association order, please contact us with the exact jersey stripe; we will advise of any additional artwork fees that might be charged.
Q: I don’t see my sport. Do you design for sports not listed in your site?
A: Yes. We can create a custom design for your team or event. Please contact us for bag tags or locker nameplate samples.
Q: Will you custom design a tag for a specific group?
A: Yes. Our graphic department can design a bag tag that meets the needs of your group or association. Start by contacting us and speaking with a sales associate.
Q: When we decide on a personalized bag tag design and custom size that we would like for our tournament or event, what happens next?
A: We will ask you to forward your team or tournament logo by email, mail, or fax. Our preference would be to have you email your artwork. We will produce a design using your artwork and email a proof to you for approval.
Q: When do we need to get tournament rosters to you and in what format?
A: Send rosters two weeks prior to the tournament date when possible, allowing three days for shipping. If your rosters are not available that soon, please contact us for arrangements. You can fax rosters but for accuracy we prefer that you email them to us by attaching an Excel or Word file.
Q: How do you want my artwork?
A: Your team, association, or league artwork can be sent to us in almost any printed form but we prefer electronic files you email to us. Send artwork to tagup@prtel.com as an attached file or ship it to us on a disk in the following formats: JPEG, EPS, PSD, TIF, or PDF at a high resolution (300dpi.) If sending eps or pdf files, please convert all fonts to outlines.
Q: Where can I find pricing for my bag tags and locker nameplates?
A: Due to the high level of personalization and customization we are not able to offer prices or online ordering. However, feel free to give us a call or send an email and our sales team will be happy to give you the information you need based on your specific project. Our designers will be able to give you a proof based on those specifications and get your order started.
ith my favorite professional or college team name or logo?
A: No. We are not licensed to use professional or college names, logos, or mascots on our tags and then sell them to any party other than to whom the artwork or copy belongs. |
