Profile locker nameplates add a unique touch to your locker room. We create a custom shape for your locker nameplate based on the contour of your logo, helmet, or other hockey icon, providing you with a one-of-a-kind addition to your facility.

We produce your locker nameplate using a 6 mil. white plastic. The profile side of the name plate simply hangs off to one side of your bracket.

We cut the size to match your current brackets or custom specifications. If you have existing brackets, please inform our sales associate so we can fit your space. If brackets don’t work, we can adhere with magnet or mounting tape.

Ready to order? We have listed a few points to remember to make your ordering process go fast and easy. Because most of our products are completely custom designed and personalized with your information - it is necessary to speak with one of our customer representatives to place your order.

When calling to order your Profile Locker Nameplates:


-	If you have found a design from our website that you would like to use, please take note of it and let our customer service represtives know. If there is something that you would like that you don't see listed, feel free to inquire.

-	Please email us all files that are needed for your order. This includes your player's roster & logo (email to tagup@prtel.com)

-	Please let us know the size of your current lockers, or the specific size that you need your nameplate to be.

-	Do you know how you are going to attach to you lockers? We offer brackets, adhesive, and magnet.
