Award team members or honorees with a personalized photo plaque. We use your photo or logo as the main focal point and personalize your plaque around it. We can individualize them even more by including optional player info, staff names, sponsors, etc.

The plaque design is mounted to gold or silver jeweler’s tin, then adhered to the wooden or composite plaque base.

Small Plaque Sizes: 5x7, 6x8, 8x10
Team Plaque Sizes: 10x13, 12x15, 16x20, 18x24

Ready to order? We have listed a few points to remember to make your ordering process go fast and easy. Because most of our products are completely custom designed and personalized with your information - it is necessary to speak with one of our customer representatives to place your order.

-	Please let us know which styling options you would like for your plaque: gold or silver tin. Wood or marble finish.
