Baseball profile locker nameplates add a unique touch to your locker room. We create a custom shape for your locker nameplate based on the contour of your logo, helmet, or other icon, providing you with a one-of-a-kind addition to your facility.
We produce your locker nameplate using a 6 mil. white plastic. The profile side of the name plate simply hangs off to one side of your bracket.
We cut the size to match your current brackets or custom specifications. If you have existing brackets, please inform our sales associate so we can fit your space. If brackets don’t work, we can adhere with magnet or mounting tape.

We have listed a few points to remember to make your ordering process go fast and easy. Because most of our products are completely custom designed and personalized with your information - it is necessary to speak with one of our customer representatives to place your order.
- If you have found a sample from our website that you like, please make a note of it and let our customer service representatives know. If there is something that you would like that you don't see listed, feel free to inquire about that as well.
- Please email us all files that will be needed to process your order. This includes your player's roster & your athletic logo (email them to tagup@prtel.com)
- If applicable, please let us know the dimensions of your current product that will be replaced, for ease of replacement.
