When calling to order your inquire about a product:

If you have found a sample from our website that you like, please make a note of it and let our customer service representatives know. If there is something that you would like that you don't see listed, feel free to inquire about that as well.

Please email us all files that will be needed to process your order. This includes your player's roster & your athletic logo (email them to tagup@prtel.com)

If applicable, please let us know the dimensions of your current product that will be replaced, for ease of replacement.
